Curlec can attempt collection retries for unsuccessful initial payment collections due to insufficient funds in the buyer's bank account. Curlec performs this on behalf of the merchant bank via its Auto Retry function. For Auto Retries to occur, please ensure that the Collections Auto Retry checkbox is ticked and a the maximum number of retries is specified in Settings > General > Collection.
