To send an empty Instant Pay form to customers:

1. Click on the main menu.

2. Select “Instant Pay” - “New Instant Pay”.

3. Click on “Generate Generic Link”.

4. Click on “Copy”.

5. Send the link to your customer (e.g. via email or Whatsapp) to complete the New Instant Pay form and authorise the payment.
