To send an empty mandate form to customers:

1. Click on the main menu.

2. Select “Mandate” - “New Mandate”.

3. Click on “Generate Generic Link”.

4. Click on “Copy”.

5. Send the link to your customer (e.g. via email or Whatsapp) to complete the New Mandate form and authorise the mandate.
