In addition to the primary email on the mandate form, your customers can now add one or more email(s) to be cc'd when receiving emails from Curlec.
Similarly, this can be applied to the Instant Pay Form.
The cc email field is hidden by default.
To unhide cc email field:
Click on the main menu.
Select “Settings” - “Mandate Form”.
Look for “CC Email” and make sure that the toggle for “Hide” is turned off.
Click on “Save” and refresh the page.
Now, in the mandate form, you will be able to see the cc email field. You can add multiple emails by separating them with semicolons (;), without whitespaces in between.
