The Payouts feature allows merchants to send payments to stakeholders - whether it is their customers, employees or suppliers.
To set up Payouts, merchants need to first ensure that they have a RHB Corporate ID and a Subsidiary ID. Then, they will need to complete a RHB host-to-host (H2H) application form to set up a folder for payment file transfers.
Finally, they will need to specify a bank account to be debited from for Payouts.
To choose a bank account for Payouts:
Click on the main menu.
Select “Settings” - “General”.
Click on the “Payouts” tab on the top bar.
Click on “Add Account Number”.
Enter the bank account number you wish to debit funds from for Payouts and click “OK”.
Choose the account number in the drop down menu.
Click on “Save” and refresh the page.
