Charge Now allows you to collect one-off payments from your customers instantly. This is different from an Instant Pay with card as Charge Now does not require re-authorisation. However, you would need to have the customer's card details tokenised prior to using Charge Now.
To perform a Charge Now:
Click on the main menu.
Select “Mandate” - “View Mandates”.
On the right of the card mandate that you wish to charge now, click on the three-dot menu and select “Charge Now”.
Enter the collection amount and click “Ok”.
