Customers can view and manage their active mandates and Direct Debit/Instant Pay transactions on their own Curlec account.

To sign up for a Curlec account, guide them to https://go.curlec.com/login and click “Join Curlec”. See the step-by-step guide here.

Note that customers have to sign up with the email address they used for the mandates.
