When your customer wishes to terminate a mandate, you can send a mandate termination link to the customer. The link allows the customer to proceed to FPX and approve a RM1 FPX transaction to complete the termination.

To send a mandate termination link:

  1. Click on the main menu.

  2. Select “Mandate” - “View Mandates”.

  3. On the right of the mandate you wish to terminate, click on the three-dot icon and select “Terminate Mandate”.

  4. Enter the recipient email address in the “Email To” field. (If the person-in-charge of the mandate has left the company, the email can be directed to the new person-in-charge)

  5. State the “Reason to Terminate”.

  6. An email containing the link to terminate the mandate will be sent to the customer.

Note that a mandate can only be terminated after the ENRP is returned. A mandate cannot be terminated within the “Date Period” set for the mandate.
