The subscription feature is useful when you have more than one payment plan to offer with different collection amount and period. Including the subscription plans in the mandate form makes it easier for customers to choose the desired payment plan when setting up Direct Debit.

To enable the subscription feature: 

  1. Click on the main menu.

  2. Select "Settings" - "Subscriptions Settings".

  3. Tick on the "Enable Subscriptions" checkbox. 

  4. Tick on "Enable Subscriptions Selection in Mandate Form".

Once you have tick on the Enable Subscriptions Selection in Mandate Form, you will see a Select Subscription option on the New Mandate form. 

You can choose to display the subscription plans as a Selection Box or Radio Button.
