To add a subscription plan:
Click on the main menu.
Select "Settings" - "Subscriptions Settings".
Click on the + button on the right side of the page.

Fill in the relevant information on the Add/Edit Packages page.

Items | Descriptions |
Subscription Name | Name of the plan, e.g. Instalment A |
Subscription Length | Period of the subscription plan |
Auto Calculate Expiry Date (Based on Subscription Length) | This automatically calculates the mandate expiry date. Expiry date = Effective date + subscription length |
Add Extra Day(s) to Expiry Date | Tick on this checkbox if you chose to add extra day(s) to calculated expiry date |
Start Collection on | Allows you to configure when the first collection begins for your subscription plan. Options available:
Same month as the effective date Following day/week/month/year from effective date

Initial Payment
| Tick this checkbox to set an initial/down payment amount for the subscription plan. The payment can be performed upon successful approval of ENRP or on the first collection date |
Maximum Amount Per DD Transaction | Tick on this checkbox if you want your subscription plan to have a maximum amount to be collected in a single transaction |
2 options of collecting funds | Setting up a specific Collection Amount:
Collection Amount: Click on the collection amount checkbox and put in the collection amount Collections via an instalment basis:
Instalment Plan: A tier-based instalment. Here, you are able to configure your respective instalment schedule and requency |
Once you are satisfied with the Subscription Plan settings, click on save and refresh the page. You will see the subscription options on the mandate form under ‘Select Subscriptions’.
