Scheduled card collection gives a preview of the overall collections generated, both manually and automatically by sorting them in a queue. With this function, you can track when the next collection is going to be. You are also able to see the status of each collection and make necessary cancellations or temporarily pause their collections.
A summary of differences between Curlec's Auto and Scheduled Collections can be found here.
You need to configure the settings for Scheduled Collections before generating collections. The settings apply to both credit/debit card and mandate collections. A Scheduled Collection batch can be a mixture of both card and Direct Debit collections.
Scheduled Collections run on weekdays only, excluding public holidays. To enable Scheduled Collections, kindly get in touch with Curlec's support team at firstname.lastname@example.org.
