We provide enhanced security measures for merchants during login via our two-factor authentication process. Two-factor authentication adds an additional layer of security to the authentication process by making it harder for outsiders to gain access to our merchants' accounts. Merchants would need both the password and a personal device (mobile phone) to verify themselves before logging in.
To enable two-factor authentication, kindly get in touch with our support team at firstname.lastname@example.org. This feature is merchant-based, once enabled, two-factor authentication will be applied to all portal users under the same merchant.
