Merchants can cancel Scheduled Collections, that have not been triggered, before the collection date. There are 2 ways to go about doing this:

Option 1: Cancelling Scheduled Collections for a specific mandate

1. Click on the main menu. 

2. Select “Mandate” - “View Mandates”.

3. Look for the mandate with a Scheduled Collection that needs to be cancelled.

4. Click on the three-dots on the right side of the mandate.

5. Select Scheduled Collections.
   

6. On the right-side of the pop-up page, click on the Cancel Schedule icon to cancel a particular Scheduled Collection.

7. Click “Yes” on the pop-up window to confirm. 

Option 2: Cancelling specific Scheduled Collections in View Scheduled Collections

1. Click on the main menu. 

2. Select “Collections” - “View Scheduled Collections”.

3. Look for the Scheduled Collection that needs to be cancelled.

4. Similarly, on the right, click on the Cancel Schedule icon to cancel a particular Scheduled Collection.

5. Click “Yes” on the pop-up window to confirm.
