Merchants can set the maximum and minimum Instant Pay collection amount for both B2C and B2B1 collections separately. The minimum amount has to be at least RM1 and each Instant Pay transaction would be limited by the maximum amount set. A collection amount beyond this range would prompt an error message when generating the collection.
To set the Instant Pay amount:
Click on the main menu.
Select “Settings” - “General”.
Click on the “Instant Pay (FPX)” tab on the top bar.
Set the minimum and maximum amount for both B2C and B2B1 collections.
Click on “Save” and refresh the page.
