Before proceeding to the online banking portal or card payment gateway for payment authorisation, customers need to agree to the Terms and Conditions on the mandate/Instant Pay form. Merchants can change the Terms & Conditions text that appears at the bottom of the mandate/Instant Pay form.
Merchants can also embed a link to their own Terms & Conditions document in the href - target attribute in the HTML tag.
To edit the Terms & Conditions text:
Click on the main menu.
Select “Settings” - “General”.
Click on the “Mandate” or “Instant Pay (FPX)” tab on the top bar.
Edit the text in the Terms and Conditions Text field.
Click on “Save” and refresh the page.
