If you wish to keep a record of the mandates in Excel, you can export the mandate list into a spreadsheet.

To export mandates to an Excel spreadsheet: 

  1. Click on the main menu.

  2. Select “Mandate” - “View Mandates”.

  3. Click on the “Export” button on the top left corner of the page.

  4. Select the columns to export.

  5. Click on “Export As Excel”.

  6. The file will be downloaded to your default browser download folder.

Note: To export specific mandates, you need to perform a search. Once the search results are returned, perform the steps above.

To show and export additional column(s), e.g. Collection Amount:

  1. Click on the main menu.

  2. Select “Settings” - “General”.

  3. Click on the Mandate tab.

  4. Scroll down to Display Settings.

  5. Tick on the checkbox of additional information required.

  6. Click on “Save” and refresh the page.
