If customers wish to make changes to their details on the mandate, they will have to inform you (the merchant). You are to make amendments on behalf of the customer before sending the mandate form to them for re-authorisation.

To update an existing mandate:

  1. Search the mandate you wish to edit.

  2. Click on the pencil icon on the right.

  3. Update the fields accordingly.

Note: You are not allowed to change the reference number and bank details.

  1. Tick on the Terms and Conditions checkbox.

  2. Click “Proceed to FPX” or Save & Email”.

  3. The page will be redirected to the customer's online banking portal to complete the authorisation.

Note that a maintenance fee of RM1 is required for editing an existing mandate.
