There are 2 ways to search for mandates.
1. To perform a quick search:
Click on the search icon on the top right corner.
Enter mandate Reference Number or Customer Name and press Enter.
A list of search results that matches your search value will be returned.
On the top left corner, there is a button to "Export" the searched mandates in Excel.
Alternatively, to search for a mandate based on specific criteria, we recommend using advanced search.
2. To perform an advanced search:
Click on the main menu.
Select “Mandate” - “Search Mandate”.
Select the search criteria and enter the corresponding values.
Click “Search”.
A list of search results that matches your search value will be returned.
On the top left corner, there is a button to "Export" the searched mandates in Excel.
