You can customise the display name for the “Business Model” that would appear on both mandate and Instant Pay forms. This field is to indicate whether the customer is using a business (B2B1) or personal (B2C) bank account.
To change the display name of the "Business Model":
Click on the main menu.
Select “Settings” - “General” and scroll down to the "Business Model" section
Edit the display name for both B2C and B2B1 fields.
Click on “Save” and refresh the page.
