Merchants can view the list of Instant Pays created and check their statuses. Common statuses for Instant Pay are “Approved”, “New” or “Buyer Choose Cancel at Login Page” (view the full list here).
“New” means that the Instant Pay is pending approval. “Buyer Choose Cancel at Login Page” means that the customer has clicked cancel during the online bank portal verification.
To view Instant Pay status:
Click on the main menu.
Select “Instant Pay (FPX)” - “View Instant Pay (FPX)”.
